Consultation Services
All consultation fees, service fees, administrative fees, digital products, and educational services provided by JP Alliances are final and non-refundable.
If a client needs to reschedule a consultation, requests should be submitted in advance whenever possible.
Due to the nature of educational, consultation-based, and digital services, all sales are final once services have been initiated, scheduled, accessed, reviewed, delivered, or completed.
Educational & Informational Services
JP Alliances provides educational guidance, consultation services, strategic analysis, and informational resources intended for educational and informational purposes only. Services provided do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, approvals, score increases, deletions, or reporting changes.
No Guaranteed Results
JP Alliances does not guarantee credit score increases, tradeline removals, approvals, funding outcomes, financial gains, or specific reporting changes. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, reporting accuracy, creditor policies, and consumer participation.
Digital & Intellectual Services
By purchasing services from JP Alliances, the client acknowledges that consultation time, educational resources, digital materials, strategic analysis, and informational services are considered delivered once access has been provided or services have been rendered.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals for consultations completed, services rendered, digital materials delivered, or agreed-upon service terms. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and additional collection efforts where permitted by law.
Clients requesting to reschedule consultations must provide reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments, no shows, or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
JP Alliances is not responsible for billing disputes, subscription charges, monitoring services, affiliate services, or platform-related issues associated with third-party providers, including but not limited to MyFreeScoreNow. Any billing disputes related to third-party providers must be directed to the respective company.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.
